Briefing room
The briefing room is where engagements begin. It is a short, confidential conversation about the work as it actually happens in your organisation, and about whether an advisory engagement would help. There is no script and no obligation.

What to bring to a briefing
You do not need a prepared case. It helps if you can name one team and one piece of friction: a stream where work stalls between a person and an agent, a review that nobody owns, a role that has quietly grown past its description. That single example is usually enough for us to tell you whether a Diagnostic Sprint would be useful.
- Name the team. One business unit or stream is enough to begin.
- Describe the friction. Where does work slow, blur or go unreviewed?
- Name a sponsor. Someone senior enough to settle disagreements if the model changes.
- Tell us the constraint. Timing, budget, regulation or internal politics all shape a sensible scope.
We advise organisations, not individuals. If you are exploring on behalf of an employer, that is exactly the right reason to write. Nothing you send creates an engagement or a client relationship.
