About Execuria

Execuria Inc. is an advisory practice based in Dallas, Texas. We help corporate clients design, adopt and govern the collaboration model between their human teams and the AI agents they direct. We are advisers, not vendors, and our engagements are measured in weeks and quarters rather than in licences.

What we are

We are a small, senior practice. Engagements are led by the people who write the model, not handed to a junior team after the pitch. We take on a limited number of clients at a time so that each receives attention rather than throughput. Our clients are established organisations — enterprises and institutions with boards, regulators and operating leaders who need to explain, in plain terms, how work is divided between people and agents.

We do not resell anything, we do not represent any maker of agents, and we hold no commercial interest in which kind of agent a client chooses. That independence is the whole point. A practice that benefited from one maker's agents could not advise honestly on the collaboration model.

How we work

We work from evidence and from the work as it actually happens. Our engagements begin with observation, not with a template. We interview, we watch real tasks, and we write down the arrangement we find, including the parts nobody had noticed were improvised.

Then we compose. Roles, limits, hand-offs, supervision and a review cadence. We draft openly and revise with the client, because a model the client did not help write is a model the client will not keep.

• 04HonestyWhere the evidence is thin, we say so. We promise no particular result.
• 05RestraintWe decline work we cannot do well, including work that asks us to remove human judgement where it belongs.

Where we are

Our office is in the Ross Avenue corridor of downtown Dallas. We travel to client sites across the United States and work remotely between visits. Enquiries from corporate and institutional clients are welcome in the briefing room.

We are not a supplier of anything you run on your own machines, because we supply nothing of the sort. We are not a law firm, an accounting practice or an employment adviser, and nothing we write should be read as legal, tax, accounting or employment advice. We are not a recruitment agency, and we make no claim about how many people a client should employ.
